Beautiful! Did you just have the design in your head - maybe having done it many times, or did you transfer the design to the cookie somehow? Incredible! Know how long that would take me???? It'd take me two days to get the guts to try to make royal icing, then another day to make sure I had all the right equipment... size of tips, etc. And, assuming I didn't have to wait a few days or longer to order anything that I didn't have and get it shipped to me, the next day after I made the icing it would take a few weeks to make maybe one cookie that would be presentable! You are so talented! ;-)
Thank you! I did plan the design on paper (you can see it at the very beginning of the video). Then I placed the paper on the cookie and marked some points with a scribe tool, so I had little holes on my cookie to guide me. This step was already done when I decided to do the video, so it's not filmed. I am also sure you have all the tools needed for this one. I use a PME #1,5 tip for piping, a simple Wilton #3 for flooding and a paintbrush to paint the snow.
