Hungarian noodle "galuska" or "nokedli"


Galuska is the traditional side dish for the most known Hungarian meals. I can not imagine chicken paprikas or goulash ("pörkölt") without this side dish.

There are more ways to make it. My grandmother could use a cutting board and a knife to make it. But I am a spoiled child of the 21. century. I need a noodle maker to make them and I like only one kind, that I had to bring from Hungary. Then I brought some more, so you can try it too.
